What is your return policy?

Dirty South Made products are only returnable if there is proof of significant damage upon arrivals. Custom one-off pieces are not eligible for a refund. Custom pieces for customers request are not eligible for returns.
What is your shipping policy?

All Inventory will be shipped within 2 days of purchase. All custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks to complete after materials have arrivied.
